Orkun Özkan is a lawyer and the managing partner of OGB Attorney Partnership in association with DWF, a full-service law firm based in Istanbul. He specializes in corporate and M&A, capital market, project finance, energy, media & entertainment, and sports law practices. Having worked with multinational companies active in finance, capital markets, infrastructure and energy sectors, Mr. Özkan has broad experience in Foreign Direct Investments, cross-border M&A transactions, legal counseling, and contracts negotiations. Mr. Özkan is also lecturing New Venture Creation, M&A and Private Equity, Cyber Law & Data Ethics at the Graduate Schools of Business and Law at Bahçeşehir University
